Maine EVP Research is located in the foothills of Western, Maine. We obtain digital voice recordings of spirits whom may want to make contact through EVP Recordings. It is in our hopes to educate others on the REAL possibilities of communicating with the spirits through the use of digital voice recording.
We have always been fascinated with the paranormal world since we were children. We have read everything on life after death, spirits and paranormal happenings, world religions and different belief systems and came to realize that each of us has within us our own system of belief. If only we could become more educated earlier on in childhood that there is nothing to fear on death or dying, it would change the way most of us think on the subject. By putting this website together and going out and doing recordings we have been on an exciting journey with EVP Research.
Maine EVP Research takes the historical approach in gaining EVP'S. We love going to cemeteries and historical places that are chock full of history and which also background information to the place to check so we might be able to validate the EVP recordings we receive.
EVP stand for Electronic Voice Phenomenon or also known as Etheric Voice Phenomenon, which is what Brad Steiger calls it. It is the recording of spirit voices from beyond the grave. Nobody actually understands, as of YET how this is possible. Even scientists at this time CAN NOT explain how or why this is able to happen. They are still today working on the how’s and why’s of this phenomena.
We promote the use of a digital recorders (which we prefer) to record EVP'S on during our sessions and investigations. Just remember EVP’S can be done anytime during the day or night. We have had success both during the day or night through the many Digital recordings we have done throughout the years.
We have learned through our experiences that it does not matter if it's night or day, full moon or new moon, Spirits are everywhere and want to communicate with the living in all different ways. Please always remember to ask permission and thank the spirits after you are done. This shows respect to the spirits and that you are genuine in your feelings in regards to their feelings and emotions.
